BIG BLUE - SPRINKLE MIX

These pretty sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

Ingredients:

Indigo 4mm Pearls: 
Sugar, wheat starch, glucose syrup, colours (E132, E171), glazing agent (shellac)

Metallic Blue 7mm Pearls (c): 
Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, ethyl maltol), colour E133, glazing agent E903, thickening agent E414.

White 100s and 1000s 2mm (c): 
Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, Ethyl maltol).

Pearlescent Blue 100s and 1000s 2mm (c): 
Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, ethyl maltol), colour E133.

Turquoise Glimmer Strands: 
Sugar, Vegetable Oil (coconut), Glucose Syrup, Colours (E133, E141, E171), Glazing Agent (E901 with coconut oil, shellac

Mini Blue Pearlescent Crispys: Sugar (57%), Milk chocolate (30.6%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min)]. Crispy cereal centre (11%) [rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, malted WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt]. Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, E460, E464. Cocoa butter, colours; E172, E133. Emulsifier; E472α (contains SOYA). Glazing agent; carnauba wax.

Turquoise Glimmer Pearls: Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours; E133, E141, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.

Dark Blue Glimmer Confetti: Sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour. Colours; E133, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.

Crispy cereal centre (11%) (rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, MALTEDWHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt). Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, cocoa butter, colour; E133. Glazing agents; carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac. 

Blue Glimmer Strands: Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colours; E133, E171. Glazing agents; beeswax (with coconut oil), shellac.

(PLEASE NOTE: the centre of the Large rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
