BITE ME - SPRINKLE MIX

These BOO-tiful halloween sprinkles are spookily perfect for your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

Ingredients: 

White Glimmer 100's & 1000's: Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup, Colour (E171), glazing agent (shellac)

Glimmer Red 100s & 1000s: Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colour; concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant, E171. Glazing agent; shellac. 

Mother of Pearls 4mm Pearls: Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colour; E171. Glazing agent; shellac.

Red Strands: Icing sugar [sugar, starch], maize starch, un-hydrogenated vegetable fat [palm], water. Emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Colour; E129. Glaze [glazing agents; (shellac, acacia gum), sugar].

Black 4mm Pearls: Sugar (74.8%), WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, maize starch, stabiliser; arabic gum. Glucose syrup, colour; E153. Glazing agents; carnauba wax , beeswax and shellac.

Red 4mm Pearls: Sugar (74.8%), WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, maize starch, stabiliser; arabic gum. Glucose syrup, colours; E120, E160a. Glazing agents: carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac.

Black Rods: Sugar (74.9%), WHEAT semolina, stabiliser; arabic gum. Colour; E153. Glazing agents; carnauba wax, 

Bats: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour, colour (E172), Glazing Agent (shellac)

White Ghosts: Sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour.

NOTE: the centre of the rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)

Contains WHEAT. 

Made in a facility that may handle MILK, NUTS, PEANUTS and SOYA.
