These pretty easter inspired sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.
Ingredients:
Bunnies & Ducks: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour. Colours; E101, E171, E120. Glazing agent; shellac.
Small Pink Matt Chocoballs: Milk chocolate; 50.7%, sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter; 20% min, cocoa mass. Emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids; 32% min, sugar, starch WHEAT / maize, glucose syrup. Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids. Colours; E120. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.
White Glimmer Mini Hearts: Sugar, Potato starch, Sunflower oil, Rice flour, Colours (E171), Glazing agent (shellac)
Glimmer Mother of Pearl Confetti: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour. Colour; E171. Glazing agent; shellac.
Natural yellow 100s & 1000s: Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, wheat starch , colouring: apple and safflower, glazing agent: carnauba wax
Glimmer Yellow 100s & 1000s: Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colours; E171, E100. Glazing agent; shellac.
Mini Gold Glimmer Stars: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour. Colours ; E101, E171, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.
Orange Glimmer Strands: Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup. Colours; E101, E120, E171. Glazing agent; shellac, beeswax.
Pink Glimmer Flowers: Sugar, Potato starch, Sunflower oil, Rice flour, Colours (E120, E171), Glazing agent (shellac)
Peach Rods: Sugar, WHEAT semolina. Stabiliser; arabic gum. Colour; E160a. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.
Matt Yellow Rods: Sugar, WHEAT semolina. Stabiliser; arabic gum. Colour; E100. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.
(PLEASE NOTE: the centre of the large rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
