These pretty sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.
Ingredients:
Glimmer Blue Strands:
Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup. Colours; E133, E171. Glazing agents; beeswax, shellac.
Blue Glimmer 100's and 1000's (C):
Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, ethyl maltol), colour E133.
Gold 4mm Pearls (C): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, Ethyl maltol), colour (E175), glazing agents (E903, E904), thickening agent E414.
Gold Rods (C):Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, Ethyl maltol), colour (E175), glazing agents (E903, E904), thickening agent E414.
Dark Blue Glimmer Confetti: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour, colours; E133, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.
White Glimmer 100s & 1000s (C): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, Ethyl maltol).
White Confetti (C): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, Ethyl maltol).
Red Strands (C): Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colour; concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.
Red Glimmer 100s & 1000s (C): Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colour; concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.
Red 4mm Pearls (C): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, corn starch, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, ethyl maltol), colour E123.
(PLEASE NOTE: the centre of these rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
