These pretty sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

Ingredients:

White 100s & 1000s:  Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colours: E171, glazing agent: shellac
White Mother of Pearl 4mm:  Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours: E171. Glazing agent: shellac.
Large white chocoballs:  Milk chocolate (66%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min], sugar, stabilizers: Arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, rice starch, natural vanilla flavouring, glazing agent: carnauba wax
Large white snowflakes: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour.
Red 100's & 1000's:  Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colours: E101, E120, E171, glazing agent: shellac
Red polished 4mm:  Sugar (74.8%), WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, maize starch, stabiliser; arabic gum. Glucose syrup, colours; E120, E160a. Glazing agents: carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac.
Small red choco:  Milk chocolate (50,7%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min], sugar, starch (WHEAT/ maize), glucose syrup, stabilizers: Arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, colouring: E120, E160a, glazing agent: carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac

Gold rods:  Sugar (74.9%), WHEAT semolina (24.6%), colours; E174, E160a, E100. Stabiliser; arabic gum. Gelatine (bovine), glazing agents; shellac, carnauba wax.
Candy canes: Sugar, rice flour, fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil, thickener tragacanth, colours: E120, E160a.
Mini Gold Shimmer Stars:  Sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour. Colours; E101, E171, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.

 

NOTE: the centre of the rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
