HOP TO IT - SPRINKLE MIX

These pretty easter inspired sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

Ingredients:

Ducks: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour. Colours; E101, E171. Glazing agent; shellac

Bunnies: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour. Colours; E120, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.

Natural Yellow 100s & 1000s: Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colours; concentrate of apple, safflower. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.

Mini White Hearts: Sugar, Potato starch, Sunflower oil, Rice flour, Colours (E171), Glazing agent (shellac)

Yellow Glimmer 100s & 1000s: Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colours; E171, E100. Glazing agent; shellac. 

White Matt Confetti: Sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour.

Lilac 7mm Pearls (c): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, Ethyl maltol), Colour; E129

Small Lilac Chocoballs: Milk chocolate (50.7%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min]. Sugar, WHEAT starch, maize starch, glucose syrup. Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids. Colours; E120, spirulina extract. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.

Matt Yellow Rods: Sugar (74.9%), WHEAT semolina, stabiliser; arabic gum. Colour; E100. Glazing agent: carnauba wax.

Matt Pink Small Crispy Chocoballs: Sugar (57%), milk chocolate (30.6%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min)]. Crispy cereal centre (11%) (rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, malted WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt), stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids. Cocoa butter, colour; E120. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.

Pink 100s & 1000s 2mm (c): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, corn starch, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, ethyl maltol), colour E123.

Pink Glimmer Flowers: Sugar, Potato starch, Sunflower oil, Rice flour, Colours (E120, E171), Glazing agent (shellac)

(PLEASE NOTE: the centre of the large rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
