PRETTIEST OF PURPLES - SPRINKLE MIX

These pretty sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

Ingredients:

Small Pearlescent Pink Crispy: Sugar, MILK chocolate [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min)]. Crispy cereal centre [rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, malted WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt]. Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, E460, E464. Cocoa butter, colours; E174, E172, E120. Emulsifier; E472α (contains SOYA). Glazing agent; carnauba wax.

White 2mm Pearls (C): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, Ethyl maltol).
White confetti:
Sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour.

Purple 100s and 1000s: 
Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup, Colouring: Carrot and Blueberry Concentrate, Carnauba Wax.

Lilac 4mm Pearls (C): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, ethyl maltol), colour E129*.

Matt Lilac Rods: 
Sugar, wheat semolina, colouring (E120, apple extract, lemon extract, spirulina extract), stabiliser (arabic gum).

Glimmer Purple Strands: 
Sugar, Vegetable Oil (coconut), Glucose Syrup, Colours (E120, E132, E171), Glazing Agent (E901 with coconut oil, shellac)

Silver 7mm Pearls (C): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, Ethyl maltol), colour (E174), glazing agent (E903), thickening agent E414.

Silver Rods (C): Glucose, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, essence (glucose, silica, vanillin, Ethyl maltol), colour (E174), glazing agent (E903), thickening agent E414.

Pink Sugar Crystals:
Sugar, Glazing Agent (Shellac), Colours (E120, E171)

Small Purple Crispy: Sugar (57%), Milk chocolate (30.6%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min)]. Crispy cereal centre (11%) [rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, malted WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt]. Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, cocoa butter. Colours; E120, spirulina extract. Glazing agent; carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac.

(PLEASE NOTE: the centre of the large rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
